Original songs, written and released one at a time.

Songs of Solomon is where my original music lives. I'm Courtnall Solomon Machanick, a songwriter in Southampton, UK. I write across country, folk, pop, rock and contemporary Christian music, following each song where it needs to go.

It began when I was 14. A guitar sat untouched in a closet for six months. Picking it up led to music study, writing, performing and touring with bands.

After years away from actively releasing music, I returned to songwriting with more life behind me and a clearer sense of purpose.

Now I release the songs one at a time, working with musicians and collaborators who bring their own character to them. My daughter Natalie records as Snoopy Starr, and sings with me on Let It Go to You and Different Versions.
